I don't think there is a translation for "head bangers". It appears that hard-rock blogs and sites in Spanish use the term as it is en English. I extracted the following quote from this blog, which seems to be representative:

"La horda de head bangers (nombre recibido por aquellos amantes del heavy metal que gustan de agitar la cabeza al son de la música)"
