¿Cómo se dice 'breaktime' en español?

¿Cómo se dice 'breaktime' en español?

Although it is not in the dictionary on this website (I have seen it in other dictionaries), I have seen the word 'breaktime' used without a space. Since it is less common to see it without a space between the two words I am going to assume that there is no single word counterpart in Spanish. So if I wanted to say (or exclaim) 'break time', would I say ¡pausa tiempo! or ¡decanso tiempo!, or is there a more common way to translate this expression?

At school, the breaktime es el recreo.

At work, the breaktime es el descanso. We always say "la hora del desayuno" because it is supposed to be the only moment for that.

Breaktime in general is the time to rest.

In general, breaktime is "el descanso".

In Spain is very common to say "Me voy a tomar café",I'm going to take a coffee,or coffee break.Officials are always drinking coffee.

En España es muy normal decir"Me voy a tomar café.Los funcionarios siempre están tomando café

Pausa

or

tiempo para una pausa

This seems to work in Guatemala.
