What is Barbero Fish? 
I live in Mexico and bought a package of fish called barbero, it is delicious, but I would like to know what it is? I can't find much information on mutton fish. What would we compare it to in the states?

A fish, one of those in a family of fishes commonly referred to as surgeon fish.
