Todo also means everything. Mountaingirl is correct, however, it sounds better to say, "¿Está todo bajo control?"

Toda está controlado................Everything is controlled.

Sorry, is this saying "Every is under control?" It's a direct quote from a movie. - jeezzle, Apr 27, 2010
Are you sure bajo control is right, it seems a bit literal. - jeezzle, Apr 27, 2010
absolutely - I learned this stright from the lips of a Spaniard 35 years ago!! :) - mountaingirl123, Apr 27, 2010

I am confused by this exchange - not sure really what went on here. I don't really understand Julian's edited comment. To me, "Todo está controlado" means the same as "Todo está bajo control", and both mean "everything is under control."

"Todo esta controlado" - everything is controlled." sounds just too literal and unnatural to me. Then again "Toda está controlado" seems wrong, unless we are talking about a Japanese man called "Toda", in which case yes, he would be under control.

Last alternative, "Toda esta controlada" - this would have to be a woman called "Toda", who is controlled or under control.

Wait, so "Toda esta controlada" and "Todo esta bajo control" both mean "everything is under control" right?
