I have this in some notes as "worthless, bothersome" like if your roommate didnt pay the rent and you say "arrrrrrrhhhggggg fastidiosa." but our dictionary says fastidious. What do you think?

I've always heard it to mean someone who's annoying or a pain in the...um... neck.

Edit: Here's a dictionary entry for "fastidioso."

And then there's the lovely fastidiarse. What I would have liked to say to my kid - if he only understood Spanish ¿no le gusta la comida? ¡pues que se fastidie! (Such a mean mom...)

Notice the dictionary gives slightly different definitions depending on whether you look up the word fastidioso or fastidiosa

Interesting. I guess the first definition under "fastidioso" needs to be copied to "fastidiosa". Who said all the work was done here? :-) - Gekkosan, Apr 26, 2010

Wierd, wonder why the dictionary says fastidious. Looks like my notes were right.
