¿Se necesita un 'personal a'?
Quiero hacer unas oraciones correctas con el subjuntivo para aprender.

That's pretty good. The only change I would make is:
"Agradezco que la gente de aquí me ayude".
"De" is important, to establish that you are referring to the people who are "from here".

'Me' already includes the 'a' often needed with personal pronouns like él. Me conoce (he knows me)...Conozco a él (I know him).
