If you want to say something like "I can't stand it!", then there isn't much of a difference between either aguantar or soportar: ¡No lo soporto! ¡No lo aguanto! They both are used to mean putting up with something usually negative. They have similar meanings: to bear, to stand, to endure, but there are instances when it would be more appropriate to use one over the other.

For example, if you're referring to weight, as in "The table can't withstand these heavy boxes.", it would be better to use aguantar: "La mesa no puede aguantar estas cajas pesadas."

If your are referring to computer software as in "The computer doesn't support this program.", it is becoming common to use soportar: "La computadora no soporta este programa."

What you don't want to do is use soportar when you mean supporting someone or something like being on their side or being there for them as in, "I support you in your decision." In that case you would use the verb apoyar: "Te apoyo en tu decisión."

They are basically the same.

No te aguanto/soporto: I can't bear/stand you.
