I know I can say El Manual de la Solucion de la Dieta, but that's too many "de la" Help!!

And this is for a title, so it should be simple and to the point. Thanks

If Heidita (is there a Heidi or even a Heidona, somewhere in the background?) branching out like this - is there more zing to it if you call it :

"La Dieta Definitiva - el Manual"?

Note that it's not any old manual - this one's definitive like the diet.

That doesn't sound right to me. I think 'El manual de la Solucion de la dieta' is as close as you're going to get. - MacFadden, ABR 24, 2010
