Even though I seem OK, I'm not.
Would parecer be used here, like Aunque parezco bien, no estoy bien para nada. Even though I seem OK, I'm not at all. Or would something else be used? Gracias.

Aunque parezco bien, no estoy bien para nada
If you wish to say "Even though I seem OK, I'm not at all.", then a better option would be "Aunque parezco estar bien, en realidad no lo estoy."
Alternatives:
"Aunque parezco estar bien, la verdad es que estoy muy mal"
"Aunque aparento estar bien, no lo estoy para nada".
"Parezco bien" doesn't quite work, because "bien" by itself does not indicate the state of being. You need the verb "estar", and then you qualify it with the adjective "bien" or "mal".
Parecer seems like the correct verb to me.
I'm not native but I think that it is correct.
Maria at work says Aunque triggers subjunctive and the phrase should be:
Aunque parezca que estoy bien, no lo estoy.
She is my tutor and this sounds really good to me. What do you think guys?
I like how "lo" can be used to refer to and earlier adjective or adverb. I have seen that before in a movie (Kung Fu Panda).

Po: Maestro, ¿cree que estoy preparado?
Shifu: Lo estás.
double post, the forum is acting wierd.
Can a native come in and OK this? Gracias.
