"La responsibilidad recae con nosotros"?

I think "La responsibilidad recae sobre nosotros" but I am not a native so I could be wrong.

"It's up to us" in spanish is "nos toca a nosotros" I believe and "It's our responsability" is "es nuestro responsabilidad." I'd probably say one of these things but I think your sentence works too. I'm not a native so I can't be sure either.
