Writing a letter or email

I would like to end an email by saying something like "regards".

What are common ways of saying something like that in Spanish?

Some folk use "saludos" similarly, maybe derived from more formal endings that you don't need to use like "le saluda attentamente - Fred Smith" (or whoever).
