I cannot find a dictionary definition. Is it from a verb, 'quesurjar'?

Maybe it's lo que surja which would mean something like "Whatever comes up/arises/comes to pass".
Perhaps the gay program is playing with innuendo as surja can mean "arises" or "comes".

OK, I think judging from the context it is lo que surja... not in reference to the TV show but as in "whatever arises." Well, thanks for the help! That cleared things up a bit.

I'm sorry. This word is not in the dictionary. Are you sure you've spelled it correctly?
I found "Loquesurja" on the internet and it says it's a gay TV series. Could that be what you mean?
