En inglés = We received (el día?) three dozen big towels for the suite.
(No sé por qué dijiste "el día" en tu frase.)

Se hace un poco difícil darete una buena respuesta, porque no incluyes puntuación con tu pregunta.
No está claro si se reciben toallas el día 3, o si se requieren 3 docenas de toallas para la suite.
