Which is your favourite Spanish dialect? Is it from Spain, México, Puerto Rico, Argentina...? Why?

Tengo que decir Colombiano. Un evangelista de España me dijo que el español de Colombia es tan bueno como el español de España. Me doy cuenta esto es una opinión, lo estuvo un sorpresa oír.
Me encantan chileños. Mi tío es chileño, y así que eso fue el primer dialecto oí.
Me encanta el castellano...the real Spanish of Spain. Why? Its sound is delightful and it's easy for the foreign ear to understand.
And is there anything more fun than pronouncing civilización like a madrileño??
I don't have an absolute favorite, I like to mix and match depending on the word and how lazy I feel. ![]()
Me encanta el ecuatoriano...many of my friends are ecuadorian...and their Spanish sounds so rich and beautiful (but I have to admit, all Spanish sounds musical to me...I just wish I could speak it better...but I am learning day by day on this site!!). L.
Mexican Spanish, because it's always so cool and easy-going. And they have the best slang. ¡Gracias a los vatos!
I have to say, I think I am partial to the dialects of Mexico and Puerto Rico. I think this is mostly because this is what I am used to and what I have been exposed to the most since childhood.
I would love to be able to conquer my struggle with understanding the dialects from Spain, Argentina and even Peru, but so far, it has been very difficult for me. The "ll" sound really throws me for a loop! ![]()
Me gusta el castellano porque es que yo estoy estudiando en la escuela.
