Casandra Demetrio
Demko is a corruption of Demetrius. Demetrius means follower of Demeter, or simply nature-lover. In most of the Romance languages Demetrius became Demetrio.
As for Casandra she was a character in 'The Illiad' and her name in Spanish would simply drop the unnecessary 's'.
I hope you're not translating a proper name to fill out a Spanish form.
