In a group of people who work as promotoras, where some members of the group are male, does this change the plural from "promotoras" to "promotores"? As in "Promotores de salud" ?

Thank you. The article used with it would still be Las, would it not? - sallyperry, Apr 19, 2010
If some of the promoters were masculine, it would be los premotores. (Sorry it took me so long to get back to you.) - MacFadden, Apr 19, 2010
