Anoche miré "The Day the Earth Stood Still". ¿Y mi cuenta por este pelicula? - 2/10. ¿Porque? La interpretacion fue terrible y la historia - ridiculo.

(What is the worst picture you have ever seen?? And why? If you like give it a score out of ten. One being - atrocious. And tell me the truth - did you watch it to the end, or, like me fast-foward (32X) it to the end? Last night I watched "The Day the Earth Stood Still." My score for this movie 2 / 10. And why? The acting was terrible and the story - ridiculous

4Annie, would you like to check the rating scale you suggested? If 10 is atrocious, based on your comment on "The Day...", it seems to me that it should have been scored "9". Did you really mean "2"? - Rikko, Apr 17, 2010
Tienes razon Rikko. - nonombre, Apr 17, 2010

I did not find "The Day..." that bad either. I think "Joe Dirt" was intended to be a bad movie and in that way it succeeded. :) - Rikko, Apr 17, 2010

Up to now, without a doubt, The Happening. The most boring and ridiculous film, complete rubbish. My score for this film is 0, for me it had no redeeming features. Shamed to say, I watched it to the end because I was too lazy to stop it, also I hoped it would get better! raspberry

about the only movies i ever see are my own

and this one is the worst of all

it is an initial attempt to present the voice of the mexican village woman

being natural vs acting natural

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUQ7kaYINWc

the actress is socorro a friend who knows how to cure stuff with plants

i have filmed some other movies of her sanctifying groundwater and such

and i filmed her reading the cards for a german lady in taxco el viejo

anyway, this little video was the firs one we made and IMO it is pitiful

it's certainly brief! But I like her accent, very clear other than 'nadie' sounding to me as if it has no 'd'. - galsally, Apr 18, 2010

There are so many of them - I couldn't possibly pick one.

I wonder why so many talented people never get the chance to show what they can do.

A man from Edinburgh once explained to me "If it isn't scottish, its crrap!"

At the top of my film list and definitely not made in Scotland is:

"The Blob"

Made in 1958, it is a completely unbelievable badly written, badly acted and badly special effects made film with an abysmal plot. It only developed any life of its own when the newly introduced Steeve McQuees began to make other movies.

Here is the trailer ----> The Blob.

Do not look for this film. Do not rent this film unless you need a good guffaw.

It wasn'a made in Scotland. It's crrap!

It is strange that in the 1980s they did a remake of that movie. - Rikko, Apr 17, 2010

This question sounds interesting but it is tryetrue that there isn't a special film for me to consider it the worst. With me, I'm interested in cartoon film, comic film, history-based film, adeventure film, and some others. Of course, the other genres are not interesting.

I think District 9 was horrifically bad!! It bored me to tears. We walked out of the theater half way through. I give it a 1 on a scale to 10.

I went to a film studies group, and we watched that. It was pretentious, weird, and just bad. I hate French movies.

It's not like other bad movies which try to be good but fall short, this movie and other snobby French films try to be as intentionally awful as possible. But it's still awful, and not clever or witty.

I really can't say enough bad things about this movie. Truly one of the worst films I have ever seen.

Should we consider the movies of Ed Wood? Perhaps it is fitting Babfish translates his name "Madera de Ed".

I"ve just been reading about Ed Wood's movies (the ones he made) - one of the things he is remembered for is filling his movies with "stock footage" that doesn't really relate to the movie....now I want to see one... - nonombre, Apr 17, 2010
There is a film made about Ed Wood, starring Johnny Depp as Ed. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it contains some of the original Ed Wood awfulness. - galsally, Apr 18, 2010

I went to the theater to watch a movie with Harrison Ford and Brad Pitt. It was in the late 90's. I can't remember the name of the movie, but it was the worst ever. At the end of the movie, I was telling my then boyfriend, "Is that it?". We could not believe it! If somebody remember the name of the movie, please post it! It felt like there was not really a story/plot. (Help with my English!) I remember that I watched it in Monterrey, Mexico with Spanish subtitles grin Fuí al cine a ver una película con Harrison Ford y Brad Pitt.

Perhaps "The Devil's Own" - Brad Pitt played an Irish (terrorist) - I remember not being able to understand pretty-much anything that Brad Pitt said..... - nonombre, Apr 17, 2010
Thank you 4Annie. That is the movie. I was pretty much clueless the whole movie. I always thought the Harrison Ford movies were all good. Until that day. - 00e46f15, Apr 17, 2010

A couple of years ago I saw "88 Minutes". I watched it through in the hope that the movie would be able to redeem itself along the way. It just got worse. The plot is really dumb and Al Pacino's over-the-top acting just made it dumber. For me, watching it was a total waste of time. Score: 1
