Hola,
Quiero hacer una pregunta a mi profesora de español en un email. ¿Es desmasiado informal a decir: 'Hola Profesora' para saludarla? ¿Hay una moda mejor?

I think "Estimada Profesora" is much better. She'll be impressed with your knowledge of Spanish courtesy.
