si te vas = if you leave or if you go. Breaking it down:

si = if; sí = yes

so this "si" means if, not yes.

he goes would be "va"; you go is "vas"

So this ir means "you go", not he goes.

And it is reflexive (irse, or conjugated it is "te vas") so it means to leave, or to go (away).
