I found two possibilities in a prior post:
carne de vaca en conserva
cecina de vaca
Let's wait and see what others have to say about this.
How about:
carne de res en escabeche - "pickled" beef
or
carne en salmuerna - "brined" beef
However you say it, .....it's a good thing!
The tins of corned- beef here have the word "Viandada" on them.
I always thought this was the Spanish word for corned-beef, but apparently not.
carne de vaca en conserva

I agree with Marianne - I think the best option is "cecina". Although may not always get what you thin of as "corned beef" " if you ask for "cecina" in markets in different countries - it is the closest equivalent. A cured, dried beef.
"Carne en conserva" brings more of an image of canned beef of some sort.
