April 16th. 2010 I've only had for breakfast a cubo(?) of chocolated milk(?) and a energetic bar made of almonds, rice and peanuts. I think I'll eat a torta de jamón later.

I had cereal with milk this morning. Usually I eat oatmeal to help lower my cholesterol.

Para el desayuno comí yogur sin grasa with 1/2 banana, uvas pasas y semillas de girosol. Para el almuerzo comeré una ensalada con aguacate, pepino, tomates y cebolla. Iré al restaurant esta noche.

For breakfast I ate non-fat yogurt with 1/2 banana, raisins and sunflower seeds. For lunch I will eat a salad with avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and onion. I'll go to a restaurant tonight.

Comí a las 3:30 Unas flautas y media torta de milanesa con jamón. Las flautas son unos tacos dorados rellenos de carne, y cubiertos con crema, queso desmenuzado, aguacate, lechuga y jitomate.

I ate flautas and a half of mexican torta made of steak and ham. Flautas are a kind of fried tacos filled of meat and covered with cream, desmenuzado(?) cheese, avocado, lettuce and slices of tomato.

I ate three tacos, one was made of rice, scrambled eggs merged in green hot sauce. The other one was made of chicharrón. I also drank a middle bottle of soda free of gas(?)and grape flavoured.

Me comí tres tacos, uno de arroz con huevos revueltos y bañados en salsa verde picante. El otro taco era de chicharrón. Además me tomé media botella de refresco sin gas de sabor uva.
