"Acceso para discapacitados" is what we use in Argentina. To me, it sound a little nicer than "inválidos".

Estoy de acuerdo. "Discapacitado" está la palabra mejor. - Moe, Apr 15, 2010

I would have liked to see "acceso para silla de rueda" (and "wheelchair access" for the English) unless you mean that at the entrance, the aurally challenged (hard of hearing/deaf) are provided with hearing aids, the "visually challenged" (legally/really blind) are supplied with motion detectors (or 'seeing-eye dogs') and the dyslexic with illustrated maps. Perhaps roller-skates or a skateboard for the morbidly obese?

Well, yes... Now that puts us squarely back into the debate about Politically Correct language, though. There is a wide variety of arguments provided by "differently abled" people for what is ultimately correct. - Gekkosan, Apr 15, 2010
Actually, I'm also seeing "personas con capacidades disminuídas" in some places, instead of "discapacitados". It's all about not hurting some people's feelings. - 00e657d4, Apr 16, 2010

This is another common one, too. Again, as Samdie points out, objectionable for certain people. - Gekkosan, Apr 15, 2010
