Can I take the English Lessons on here?

Even though English is my first language and I am fluent in it can I still take the English lessons on this site? My spanish teacher told me that if the lesson is basically in spanish then it will help me become more fluent in spanish because when you are asked to translate the spanish word into an english word you have to really think and know your spanish vocab for it.. But am I allowed to do that on here? I'm just checking because I don't want to do anything I'm not allowed and get kicked off of this site because I didnt check first. Thank you!!
