What's the difference between "saltear" and "rehogar"?

I've seen both words used to mean "saute". Can they be used interchangably or is there a difference?

Hola,

For me "rehogar" is with sauces and "saltear" is just with hot oil...

I have never heard or used "rehogar". I use "saltear".
