Esté or esto?

I am not sure how to say 'like this one', as if reffering to the previous sentence. For exampleif you are talking about bullfighting and women:

Yo opino que si mujeres pueden tomar una carrera tan peligroso como (esté or esto or should it be something else?), no deben ser discriminados.

If you're talking about "una carrera" you'd say "ésta."

P.s. I think "tomar" should be "tener" and "discriminados" should be "discriminación."

The answer is neither, really - ar at least not quite.

You want "ésta" or "éste".

For the purpose of your example, the correct construction of the sentence would be:

"Yo opino que si las mujeres pueden seguir / ejercer una carrera tan peligrosa como ésta, no deben sufrir discriminación (or "no se les debe discriminar").
