This was said as "No voy a lograrlo" as in "I'm not going to achieve it" when swimming across the ocean and about to die from exhaustion. Does lograr work here? What does it really mean here? Gracias.

"No voy a lograrlo" is good and correct in this instance, yes. Perfect.
