Well "gruta" is a cavern or grotto. "Baba" is dribble or spittle or slime or saliva or drool.

In some South American countries, "baba" can be a small crocodile.

the ¿¿song??

Interesting, at first I thought it was some type of Far East chanting. What it has to do with the title is a complete mystery. (beyond the great sound effects of echoing and dripping water).
