"Precaución recién curado" this was written on a sign on the side of a building which a man owns to keep his rabbits and chickens in. I don't really understand it's meaning because all I get from it is "Precaution recently healed." Huh???

"Curar" also refers to the process of curing concrete. It could be that the building had a wall recently plastered or repaired, and therefore it would be advisable not to touch it, or lean against it until it dries.

Depends on the country you're in... or better said, the country where the person that wrote it is from.

It could mean:

  • Caution, recently healed.
  • Caution, just drunk.
  • Caution, just cured (as in cured meat, fish...)

Maybe the sign is there to imply that his animals are delicate?
