Hacer in finding a decision
If I am in a situation when decision is needed to be found, in English "What are we gonna do?" first comes to my mind. Which way is most usual to say this in spoken Spanish? Is it ¿Qué vamos a hacer?, ¿qué haremos? or simply ¿qué hacemos?
Gracias!

I like ¿Qué vamos a hacer? it seems the closest to "What are we gonna do?" and works fine in Spain.
I agree with Birdland: ¿Qué vamos a hacer? is the closest to what you want to ask.
