Well, I suppose it is an idiom, but let's think of what might be another way to phrase that in English..."a small question" or "a little question". It does not really mean a "rapidly asked question".

Therefore, you could say: "una preguntita" or "una pequeña pregunta" and have it mean "a quick question".

I don't see this as being an idiom, so a direct translation would work, ie: Una pregunta rápida.

Mountaingirl's "una pequeña pregunta" also works.
