How do you say named in Spanish?

I want to say "a new office worker named Susana" and I don't know how to say named. I would appreciate any help.

Llamada is the answer to your question, however, nombrado is another word for named.

Llamado is more common, and with experience you will learn to distinguish when it is appropriate to use both of them.
