¿Que pachuca con toluca¿

Pachuca is the capital city of the state of Hidalgo, and Toluca is the capital city of the state of Mexico - both in the Mexican Republic.
I have never heard this particular idiom before, but it's very similar to other Mexican idioms. I'm guessing it means: ¿Qué pasa contigo? ("What's going on with you?" or "What's new with you?")
I guessed the same as Julian.
A quick search on Google shows that "Pachuca" and "Toluca" are two popualar football (soccer) teams in Mexico. This, however, has nothing to do with that (other than they are dear and familiar - and funny- words for many Mexicans, apparently).
"Pachuca" sounds a bit like "Pachó", which in turn is a bit like the way a baby might pronounce "Pasó?".
So all this workaround apparently is used to say "¿Qué Pachó?" - meaning "¿Qué pasó?", a slang expression equivalent to "What's up?", "What's happening?" or "What'up!?"
