Quentin, this was either said by a man, could be, then you are right, but I would guess by a girl, after all , she is looking for a man

If it is the surja that is confusing you, then that is the 1st or 3rd person, singular, present tense, subjunctive mood of surgir. As for the rest of it, I don't think I'll comment. Putting it into the machine translator:
guy looking for whatever comes and more
If you look up surgir other interpretations could be made. The machine's version is wrong as busco is "I am looking (searching).... for a boy...."
