what does '¿Comó es el músico?' mean?

i m wondering the exact mean of this question ¿Comó es el músico? and its answer 'es muy talentoso'...

and some questions we say the doer of the work but in other we do not. the questions with exact doer are easy for me.. but questions like 'por que es cocinero?' are complicated for me i can not understand the order of words completely... could someone explain it for me???

¿Cómo es él? = How is he like.

answer would be something like

es muy simpático. = He is very nice

So putting these two things together i pretty much figure it translates into.

How is the music like?

It is very talented.

or is it

Cómo es él musico?

How is the musician?

es muy talentoso

He is very talented

I am new to the Spanish Language.

Er, surely it means "What's the musician like?" as in, "Is he any good?" eg: "Charlie Parker is playing at the Apollo tomorrow." "Oh yeah, what's he like?" meaning "Is he any good"
