Para pedir la cuenta o factura en un restaurante se puede decir me trae la cuenta por favor? Pero no sÉ cÓmo se dice en inglés.Puede decirse : Can I have the bill ,please?

Patch is right, check is the most common use in the U.S.
You could also say, "Check, please."

May/can I have the bill, please. (In the UK this is perfect)
May/can I have the check, please. (Maybe this is better in the USA)
