Missing entry lines on member profile pages

Question

Our member "winterdays2010" is trying to correct his profile page by adding information about language proficiency and about himself. He seems to be having a big problem. See his entries here ----> Help Me.

He has asked again here ----> Problem Completing profile

I noticed that the three lines "Edit my Profile", "Edit my Account" and "Change my Password" that would allow him to make the changes are missing from his profile page.

Is there anyone who can help him to get his profile page set up properly? He is trying very hard.

By the way, I saw the same three lines missing from the profile page of our member "rbrown201". Is this a widespread glitch??

You're right, Moe. Those options are not there on his page. Nice of you to verify that.

Oh Oh! I just realized that maybe those three lines only appear on my very own profile page. I may have just caused a big stir about nothing.

The lines are not missing on my profile page but my joining date has changed, according to my profile I only joined last month and I know I have been here for over a year perhaps 18 months or so.
