We don't have a context so it is hard to decipher, but I think it might also mean something like electrical outlet...

that is a tough one. When I googled the phrase the site that came the closest to using the phrase was related to collecting saliva for DNA sample. toma can be interpreted as an amount equivalent to the dose. bocal is a container. Maybe a little more context would help.
