When discussing the weather, is hace used with each weather term? e.g. is it "hace viento y fresco? or "hace viento y hace fresco", or is it either way?

What do you mean? That it's windy and the air is cool? If so you should say '' hace viento y está fresco?'' You can't say hace fresco. That doesn't make any sense. smile
