This Spanish composition is about things I did and things I will do. Is it correct?

Esta semana he hecho muchas cosas.He ido al banco para sacar dinero,he ido de compras y he comprado dos abrigos de lana,tres corbatas,dos camisas y cuatros sombreros.También esta semana he ido al cine con mis amigos porque nos gustan las peliculas.Ayer visté a mi hermana Sara,volví a mi casa,limpié mi habitación y leí una novela policiaca porque me encantan las novelas.Hoy he levantado muy pronto,me he duchado y me he peindo.Luego he ido al restaurante con mis amigos y hemos tomado té. Hoy también voy a estudiar para el examen de la lengua inglesa y luego voy a hacer una fiesta con mis amigos. Estas son las cosas que hice y que voy a hacer.

I'd use past simple instead of present perfect in many of your sentences, except for the first one.

Anyways here some mistakes:

1. hoy he levantado
2. me he piendo
3. de la lengua inglesa

Find them and give us back the corrections, ok?

I can see that you have been very busy with writing Spanish compositions tonight, which is a great thing!!!

I am just asking that you please use proper capitalization, spelling and grammar when you post your questions. There are many people here who are also trying to learn to speak English. It is important to set a good example. I know that we all make mistakes on occasion and I know we are all so used to texting that we forget how to capitalize at times (I know I'm guilty. ). However, here in this language forum, it is important that we all do our best to convey both the English and Spanish languages properly.
