Ok, so I have to write 8 sentences in Spanish about what I did within the last year, all in preterito. How would you say "it started to fly, hit the toilet, and died." Don't ask about my sentences :D Also, how would you say, "so he could not enter" I have something like "Comenzó a volar, cayó, y murió (didn't know how to say hit the toilet so I said fell) and él no podría entrar for the second one but I don't know the word for so. Could someone help please?

Maybe use the translation for "collide" instead of "hit"? "por lo que" might be a phrase for "so"
