"¿Quién hizo eso?" - Who did that?
"¿Quién te hizo eso?" - Who did that to you?

If the person asking is pointing to the injury, or it has just happenned, "esto" would fit the sentence better instead of "eso". - 00e657d4, Apr 6, 2010
