Range of Motion

I have read and heard "range of motion" said several ways. For anyone in the medical field (or just plain knowledgable) which of the three following would be most correct.

We are going to evaluate the "range of motion" in your right arm.

1. Vamos evaluar el "intervalo de movimiento" de su brazo derecho.
2. Vamos evaluar el "indice de movimiento" de su brazo derecho.
3. Vamos evaluar el "alcance de movimiento" de su brazo derecho.

The last one seems to be the closer one, but I would use "amplitud de movimiento".

"Vamos a evaluar la amplitud de movimiento de su brazo derecho."
