I've never heard "enchibolar" before, but your interlocutor said "enchibolar = hacer bolas," and "hacerse bolas" means to tie up in knots. That would make a certain amount of sense, considering she said "confundido = enchibolado." Like you might say you were all tied up in knots in you had worked yourself into a confusing situation.
