The pronouns that correspond to "I" (yo) are mí, mi, me, mío. Is that what you're looking for?
"You", familiar (tú) are tu, tuyo, ti, te.
It's way too late at night for me to think about how each of these words is used. I'll try to get that info to you after a night's sleep.
