I want to say "para captar la pronunciación".
Which one of those verbs would you use: Grasp, pick up or get?

In this case, a word-for-word translation works very well. "para captar la pronunciación" ......... "to capture the pronunciation."
"Grasp" (Compreder / Agarrar) is also a good choice.

I guess I'd say "Para entender (comprender) la pronunciación."
