How do you conjugate these sentences...

[ Ella no la anotó en su agenda ]

how do you conjugate the verb 'anotar' to make it into pluscuamperfecto?

I am having problem where to put the 'la'.

is it ella no la habia anotado or ella la no habia anotado???

also, how do you conjugate this into pluscuamperfecto as well?

Direct object and indirect object pronouns (not actual nouns) come before the verb and after the no.

So, ella no la había anotado would be correct, although it is far more likely for the sentence to be stated without the ella (i.e., No la había anotado).
