Does anyone know the Spanish for the following exercise instructions:
Turn round (180 degree turn)
Turn around (360 degree turn)
Freeze! (meaning: do not move a single muscle)

Turn round (180 degree turn)= date media vuelta /gírate (180 grados)
Turn around (360 degree turn)= date una vuelta completa (360 grados)
Freeze! (meaning: do not move a single muscle): no te muevas/párate
Single leg hop= salta con una pierna/ a la pierna coja
