i want to know the names of spices in spanish one that i am looking for is called epasote in spanish but the dictionary can't tell me what it is in spanish, it is used for fish

Yes, epazote. The Mexicans use it when cooking beans as well. There are anti-gas properties in it, so well...in theory, cooking a couple of sprigs into a pot of beans ought to do the trick. I use it in beans here all the time and it well....seems to help. cheese

The word itself comes from the Nahuatl language.

It is spelled " Epazote " in English it is Wormseed
