I've never heard of 'sandungual,' but, according to the dictionary on this website, 'sandunga' means "gracefulness, elegance; cajoling, wheedling; flattering, allurement, fascination." As I'm sure you've experienced, words sometimes get a bit jumbled and run into each other when sung; might the singer have said 'sandunga'? Hope this helps.
