i cant understand what this sentence means..

"joder que me eh consado" and "nos comemos un ramen de regreso?"

can you help me please, i tried using the translator but i ended up with unorganized words and i cant construct the sentences well

Actually, the first sentence does not make sense. The first word of the first sentence is a bad word, kind of like the mild version of the f word in English; que me eh consado... que me he cansado? that I've got tired...?
"nos comemos un ramen de regreso? Do you want to eat a ramen (soup brand) on the way back?

That's confusing, is this slang from an email or chat? I think it says "**** me i'm tired" and then "we'll eat ramen when i return?" I think.... but i'm uncertain, hopefully someone else answers as well.
